Even on a straightforward apartment you receive a video walkthrough, condition photos useful for your move-in inspection, and a written record of what was promised by the landlord. Many clients use the report when disputing deposit returns later.

Can I speak directly with the Checker?

Yes. Once matched, you have a private chat with your Checker inside the Checked app. Use it to add specific questions, ask for clarifications, or follow up after the report arrives.

Are my conversations and reports private?

Yes. Reports are visible only to you and the Checked team. Chat messages are stored for 12 months for dispute resolution purposes. Your personal details are never shared with landlords or letting agents.
