You book
Paste the URL of the listing you want checked (Pararius, Funda, Kamernet, Facebook Marketplace, whatever). Pick a 2-hour window. Add anything you specifically want our Checker to look at — pets allowed, noise, mould, distance to a metro stop.
We match a Checker
Within a few hours we'll assign one of our vetted local Checkers. They'll confirm the time, contact the landlord/agent on your behalf, and turn up on the day.
They go and check
A full 5–10 minute video walkthrough. Up to 30 photos. They run a quick checklist — natural light, noise, signs of damp, hot water, neighborhood feel — and look for scam indicators (no keys on site, rushed signing, sketchy paperwork).
You read the report
Usually within 3 hours of the viewing. A clear verdict (Recommend / Caution / Avoid), a risk score, the media gallery, and an honest written summary. Then you decide.
